The amount you pay for the monthly package covers the customization of your diet plan. Follow-ups are provided as a complimentary service.
- Direct Access to Dietitian
You will have direct access to the dietitian via WhatsApp. Responses will be provided within 24 hours. If you need quicker responses, additional charges for expedited service apply.
- Professional Conduct
Maintaining a respectful and professional environment is essential. Any client displaying unethical or rude behavior will lose access to weekly follow-ups. Ethical conduct is required for continued service.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information and health details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your consent.
- Adherence to Plans
For the best results, it's important to follow the customized diet plan provided. Results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and medical conditions.
- Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance to confirm your diet plan or package. We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Any delays in payment may result in postponement of services.
